DELIVERY INFORMATION BY PRODUCT:

STAX DeLuxe Hi-fi Racks

Each STAX DeLuxe Hi-Fi rack is custom manufactured for each individual order. Delivery is therefore two weeks from receipt of order. As your furniture nears completion, we wil contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day. Your order will then be delivered by overnight courier [UK Mainland  Mon-Fri]. We will not send out an order without agreeing a  delivery day with you.

STAX Hi-fi Racks & STAX-Lo TV Stands

UK mainland deliveries leave by "signed for" 24hr overnight courier for next working day [Mon-Fri] delivery.

Orders received before 12pm will be processed and dispatched for next [working] day delivery.

Saturday morning deliveries are available as an option when ordering.

Cut-off time for Saturday deliveries is 12pm on Fridays.

UK Off-mainland deliveries are available as an option when ordering.

International deliveries will leave by FedEx 3-5 day international service and are available at the checkout.

We will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm your delivery slot. 

We will try to accomodate any special delivery requests subject to circumstances.

UK Mainland deliveries are dispatched using a "two-man" delivery service [Mon-Fri] delivery. We will contact you the next working day after ordering,  to confirm your delivery slot. With these large items of furniture, we will not dispatch the item without booking a delivery slot with you. 

Although most of our AV cabinets are in stock and ready for dispatch, some items are manufactured specifically to order. The lead times on these items will be stated in th eproduct description.
